Global Hindu Heritage Foundation has been working at the ground level, especially in the villages to ensure that the needs of Hindus are met so that we can continue to propagate and preserve our Temple culture and Sanatana Dharma. We had the opportunity to help Grama Devatas in more than 30 villages.

Sri Pandit Gopi Chary has taken the lead in coordinating the three-day Prana Pratishta program in this village. The villagers approached GHHF to help construct the Temple financially as well as conducting a three-day Prana Prathista Program as per Vedi tradition and as per the guidelines of various Puranas. Maremma temple has been newly built in NTR Colony in Kalyandurg town, in this temple, idol prana installation, kalash installation, flagpole installation programs have been done on behalf of the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation organization for three days for the goddesses and the regular puja system has been adapted.

Our Volunteers Arjun, Anil Kumar and Hanumantu have been helping our Chief Priest in arranging the event and securing the needed items and guiding the villagers for the event.

Third day of Prana Pratishta and Conclusion
Prana Pratishta, Gaupuja, Abhishekam, Lakshminarayana Homam, Rudra swahakara Homam, Pratishta homam, Kalahomads, Maha Poornavati and Annadana programs were completed successfully during the Brahmi Muhurtam.
What does ‘Pran Pratishtha’
After purification of the Murty - Maramma Image – the image is brought and installed in the sanctum sanctorum. Yantra is placed where the Murty is placed before it is installed. At an auspicious time, generally Brahma Muhurta, Murty is dressed elaborately ready for prana Pratishta. The priest recites a number of Vedic mantras appropriate for the occasion and performs certain rituals. These rituals are meant to infuse life into the Murty. That means the essence of divine force is descended into the Murthy. Once the infusion ceremony is completed as per Vedica scriptures. The Murty become divine and eligible to be worshipped as a living embodiment.
Purnahuti means, "Absolute offering away of oneself". The word ‘purna’ means filled or complete, as perfect as God. It includes the offering of nine types of grains and ghee into the fire while chanting specified mantras. As per the Vedas, these mantras have the power of creating special vibrations, which creates a divine atmosphere around to fulfil one’s wish.
Purnahuti Shloka The people present in the ceremony should surrender themselves to the divine will. The "Purnahuti Shloka" is sung at the end of any religious function. The meaning of this “Purnahuti Shloka” is "I offer worship to Bhagwan Swaminarayan, also known as Nilkanth Varni. As Shrihari, together with Aksharbrahma, He is glorious. He is the God of all gods, the son of Bhakti and Dharma and has the supreme divine form".
The three-day program concluded with Andaman to all the people who attended the Prana Pratishta Ceremony. The villagers were very happy and expressed their appreciation to Sri Gopi Krishna Chary, Arjun, Anil Kumar, Hanumante, and Global Hindu Heritage Foundation for helping the construction and performance of three-day rituals.
